Full Biography

The legendary group comprised of Buckshot, 5FT and DJ Evil (of the production team Da Beatminerz, alongside his brother Mr. Walt), Black Moon took the Hip Hop world by storm in 1993 with the release of “Enta Da Stage.” The album featured such hits as “Who Got The Props,” “How Many Emcees,” “Gotcha Opin,” and “Buck Em Down,” and lamented the group in Hip Hop History pages.

Black Moon has gone on to release two more full-length albums, “War Zone,” (1998) and “Total Eclipse,” (2002). The group has worked with some of the premiere artists in Rap: Bustah Rhymes, Q-Tip, Aaliyah, Mobb Deep, M.O.P., Talib Kweli and Tupac.
